Today I want to share one of my favorite resources. This one might be a little obvious, but just the other day I was chatting with one of my friends about it and she had no idea that this even existed. So today’s favorite thing is: Charleston City Paper.
This tour is of Oak Bluff a Cresent Homes neighborhood in Charleston, SC. More specifically this neighborhood is located in the Berkeley County area of Charleston along Clements Ferry Hwy. Oak Bluff offers 8 home plans and prices start in the $310s.
Today’s tour comes from The Bridges at Seven Lakes. This neighborhood boasts large home sites ranging from 1/3 acre to over 1 acre. The entire development comes out to 150 homes on 350 acres. Gorgeous wooded lots that really make it feel like an established neighborhood even though it’s brand new. Home plans start in the $430s
